RETURNS POLICY

All returns can ONLY be returned for an EXCHANGE

Returns can be made subject to the following conditions:

  • Items purchased can be returned within 7 days of purchase. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, item(s) will not qualify for a return
  • Only full-priced items in the original packaging, have not been worn, washed, damaged, or altered in any way. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Size exchange only applicable to the same design/color purchased (note that sizes can be out of stock at that moment).
  • The items received are different to the items ordered. 
  • All items are thoroughly inspected before any action is taken. Sea Bells must approve all exchange items. Any items received without prior approval will not be accepted.

Shipping & handling fees:

  • Shipping and handling fee incurred when returning item(s) are borne by the customers and we are NOT liable until item(s) reaches our office. 
  • We will bear the shipping and handling fee if item(s) was/were wrongly shipped.

 Follow these steps to exchange:

  1. Kindly send us an email at myseabells@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item(s). Please provide us with: <1>Name <2>Order number <3>Item received <4>Reason(s) of exchange.

SEA BELLS has the rights to deny any exchange request although the conditions above are met.
